Our Strategic Approach — Phase 0

No asset exists in isolation.

We see every company asset – such as a website – as a singular component of a much larger ecosystem designed to attract, engage and/or retain clients in order for businesses to grow. Our approach is one whereby a single asset is never considered in isolation.

Before we respond to the brief, we run a top-down deep dive into your company, customers, markets, competitors and sector — what we call Phase 0.

Business strategy
The short, medium and long-term objectives an asset needs to play a contributing role in supporting.
Sales strategy
Your target customer groups — how they're approached, engaged and converted.
Marketing strategy
Whole-of-funnel activity, brand application, messaging frames, CVPs/UVPs and channel choice.

The role of the asset in your entire channel ecosystem and how it needs to integrate with others.

VSP has confirmed this is a repositioning, not a full rebuild. Phases can be scoped individually or as an integrated programme.

We've structured a phased approach for delivery — an end-to-end engagement from strategy through to a live, scalable platform. Final investment is confirmed at the end of Phase 1, once scope, complexity and CMS requirements are fully understood. All figures exclude GST.
